I grew up under my mom’s baby grand piano, listening to her teach piano lessons and soaking up every bit of music I could. My own piano lessons started at age four, followed by school choirs and a vocal performance scholarship to the University of Utah. It seemed like classical music was the path… but it wasn’t my path.

What I really wanted?
To sing contemporary music. To write, create, and connect.
So I moved to Los Angeles and built a career as a singer-songwriter and actress.

I co-wrote and recorded the songs for that worldwide campaign, which led to a publishing deal, a full-length album, and dozens of song placements in film, TV, and commercials. I’ve also appeared in hit TV shows, national commercials, and films — including the Academy Award-winning Argo directed by Ben Affleck. Fun BTS pics below!
But behind the scenes?
I was still struggling with my voice.
Even with professional success, I felt held back. My voice wasn’t reliable. Some days it worked. Other days, it didn’t. And I had no idea why.
That frustration sent me on a mission.
Now, I’m a certified Instructor with the Institute for Vocal Advancement (IVA), where I’ve studied the most up-to-date and effective vocal techniques in the world. Today, I sing across genres with freedom and confidence — and help others do the same.

Recently, Marcus and I had the privilege of coaching and producing the OfflineTV Holiday Album. I worked with the creators on vocal technique, while Marcus handled production. It was such a joy to guide their performances and bring the album to life — proof that great results happen when you combine strong coaching with inspired creativity.
