Hey, singers! I know you're busy, so here's a 60-second vocal warmup you can do when you're in a pinch—something is better than nothing. We'll use slides and glides instead of scales, suitable for both male and female singers and speakers.
Start with SOVT exercises using either a straw and water or a lip trill, then move on to sirens on an 'ooh' sound. This quick warmup helps smooth transitions between the chest and head voice.
